The Tynedale Enterprise Project is continuing to grow, and the Enterprise Facilititor, Mark Read has now assisted 67 clients across Tynedale.
The project, which was launched in July 2007, offers a free and confidential business management coaching service to anyone living or working in Tynedale. This service helps clients focus on what they want and the actions required to fulfill their plans.
The way the project works is very simple. Once a client has contacted the Enterprise Facilitator and discussed their ideas and goals, they are encouraged to identify where they feel they need support. They are guided through a process to help them access the support they need. If we cannot find that support among their own networks then we can ask the Tynedale Enterprise Project panel to help. The panel meet once a month and are there specifically to support and promote our aims. They have a wealth of community knowledge and contacts and are willing to share them to help our clients. We will always present our clients with several alternative points of support. It is up to the client to decide if any of the contacts offered are suitable for them and their business.
Matt Forster has a gallery in Hexham and has used the TEP to help gain the
support and information he needed before opening the gallery. You can check
